Career.fi is a staffing company with roots in the north. We find the right people for companies and take care of what happens after they’ve been found. The Career.fi Group includes Arctic Career, Nordic Career and Botnia Career. Our offices are in Rovaniemi, Kittilä and Oulu, but our clients range from Utsjoki in the far north all the way to southern Finland.

What does kindness mean in practice?

Many staffing companies help you find an employee. We also help them stay and enjoy their work. Here’s how:

We only offer jobs we’d take ourselves. If we wouldn’t recommend a job to a friend, we won’t recommend it to anyone.

We only promise what we can deliver. You have one dedicated contact person who answers the phone even when things don’t go to plan.

We check in even when everything is going well. Our contact doesn’t end when the employment contract is signed. That’s why the start goes smoothly, the employee commits, and you don’t have to recruit for the same role again.
